The data typically shown on the Diagram tab (i.e. table names, database names, 'Where' clause) is missing after opening an existing workbook. I have attempted to make a change in the Query and then click on the Visualize Query icon, but the values won't populate in the Diagram tab. This doesn't occur when I open the same workbook using Toad Workbook 5.4.
Is there a known workaround for this issue in version 5.2 or 5.3?

Hi - this looks like a serious issue with the workbook. A couple of things to try that may perhaps work - one would be to make sure you are connected to the data source (sometimes Workbooks may lose the connection and that can cause confusion to the editor). You could also try selecting a new field to include in the query to see if that clears things up. If neither of these things solve your issue then I would recommend reaching out to support (support.quest.com) and opening a case so our engineers can take a look at this.
