6.5.0.2090: 64bit Oracle Client is not recognized

Hi!

Is 64bit Oracle Client supported, and if not are there any plans for this?

Hi Torsten,

SQL Navigator cannot not support 64 bit Oracle client due to a number of technical issues/limitation of the 3rd party component (ODAC) that handles the connection management in the product. We could not commit to a time frame for this yet until we could pick up the support from the component provider.

We will certain keep you posted through the forum when it would be supported in a future release.
