Add a 'Delete Connection' button to the toolbar

On behalf of Chat customer:

There used to be a right click | Delete option in the connection window to remove a connection. This is no longer available which can cause problems when running Toad in a VM on MAC. The Delete key does not operate the same. Please add a 'Delete Connection' button to the toolbar.

We have an “End Connection” button already. See below. You can use it to end one or multiple connections at the same time.
