When I select objects in the SB and right-click to add them to the Project Manager, the dialog box that comes up shows everything under a different hierarchy than the one I have set up in the Project Manager, specifically, it shows all the sub-projects indenting from the main project, instead of being at the same level as each other.

Hmm, it looks OK when I try it, Phyllis. Can you send me your project.tpr file?
I can reproduce it now. I don’t think there is anything wrong with your file, it just looks like a bug. For now, It might be safest just to drag things into the PM where you want them to go.
