Any way to overwrite previous Toad version?

Our software installer did not see a way with the latest Toad for Oracle 10.1.1 Commercial Installer to upgrade existing Toad versions. She said that it leaves the other one in place which she then has to uninstall. Anything she’s missing in the install process that would do this for her?
