I am a total newbie with Toad and Oracle so bare with the questions. I’ve been using MS SQL Studio Manger in the past but the company I just recently started with uses Toad and Oracle. The version of the Toad Client is 9.7.2.5
I’m looking to see if I can get any kind of intelisense turned on. I’ve researched a couple things but it doesn’t look like I have some of the options people list in the View | Toad Options | Editor | Code Assist. Do I have any options with this version of the client?
I think the main issue you’re going to run into is that you’re using a nearly 10 year old version of the product. We are going to be releasing v12.7 very shortly
putting you roughly 12 versions behind. Most of the intellisense options have been added over the last few years so won’t be available in the version you’re running.
