Auto finish in Toad even though this feature is turned off

Hi, folks.

I just encountered this in toad, when typing “proc” and space, toad will auto complete “proc” for “procedure”. This is not what I wanted. I’ve unchecked all in Options->Code Assist-> Toad Insight.

I am using Toad 11.
