Editor: A new bar button is added just to the right of the “Make/Strip Code” code for the refactoring items. Restoration of toolbar or manual addition is required to see it. Clicking the dropdown will show all available items. Clicking the button will invoke the most recently used refactoring item.
**Instance Manager: **Added support for LDAP servers and updated grid icons.
SB RHS Indexes: SB-Tables/MViews-RHS-Indexes tab now shows one row per index instead of one row per index column.
Spotlight Essentials: No longer asks for a token directly. Instead, an e-mail address and password to the SpotlightEssentials.com web site is used.
