Binary Data Excluded

I cannot view/export the binary field (asset_id) data:

after I click on the (Excluded) I get:

Nothing happens after I click on Reload LOB

What TDP version do you use? What database is it?

TDP Base v 5.0.3. Connecting to a Sybase …SAP ASE.

I remember from using an older version, there is an option under Tools (I guess) that once turned on, it will allow for the field to be populated…

I don't remember any option like that. there is search in the option window. Have you tried looking for keys to locate the option you are thinking of?
