After I started to use new version (12.10) I noticed that some part of the code formatting was changed. So I investigated the issue and found that one formatting option has no effect anymore.
Specifically, on the page Oracle Formatter Options / Alignments / Variable Declarations is option ‘Fixed’ and it has no effect - there is no difference in result when I switch between options ‘Compact’ and ‘Fixed’. To me it seems like bug in formatter code. Hopefully it is easy to fix.
