When Control + G is pressed in the Code Editor, an error is first raised before displaying the dialog:
TOAD for Oracle version 17 Patch 1 (17 had the same behavior, 16.x was fine)

Can you reproduce this every time? I just tried with 7 lines in the Editor and I was able to enter a line number and jump to it without issue.

I've sent the full error log to your email. Yes, the error is reproducible every time by just pressing Control + G. After pressing OK on the error pop-up, the expected dialog for the GoTo Line is displayed. Thanks a lot for your quick help!
