I installed Oracle 11.2.0 client(32 bit) and installed TOAD 12.7 32 bit. Witin TOAD, I can see the correct values in SQLNET Editor and TNSNames Editor.But when ever I try to connect to any DB, I see the below error.
Can’t initialize OCI. Error -1
Both my CLASSPATH and PATH have the below value configured.
