You don’t have to. That’s already set up in the table that you are importing into.
if the table doesn’t exist yet, go to Database -> Create -> Table. You can read column names from the text/excel file using the “Load Cols From File” button. Toad will make it’s best guess of object type based on the file contents, but you can adjust change them as needed before clicking OK in the Create Table dialog to create the table.
