Is ToadForDB2_Freeware_5.1.656.exe compatible with 64bit OS? I had heard it was only compatible with 32bit OS. Thanks
That freeware will run on 32 and 64 bit Windows machines.
It comes with a 32-bit DB2 client - so if you have no other DB2 client installed or if you already have another 32-bit DB2 client installed you will be fine. But if you already have a 64-bit client it will not work as IBM requires that you do not mismatch DB2 client bit-ness…

The only advantage of the 32/64 bit versions is they’re compatible with your previously installed DB2 clients. All current Toad DB2s come with either a 32 or 64 bit DB2 client.
