I have an account that is read only that works just fine with version 5.8 professional, but gives me a “user does not have permission to perform this action” error once logged in and trying to list the tables in version 6.1.0.1759
I see no difference in the login settings between the versions.
Any thoughts on this?
I believe this was logged as defect in version 6.1. The workaround is to grant the View Server State permission to your user account or install Toad 6.0.
