Connection Manager - Change Windows Authentication

I’m working from home today. I’m connected to work via VPN. I do not like using the RDP because of lag. So I crank up my Toad on my machine. I go to connection manager to connect to the databases, but I need to connected with Windows Authentication. When I chose Windows Authentication in the connection manager, it is using my login for my local machine at the house. Is there a way I can change that to my Windows ID for work? If I can do that, then I can connect to the databases at work.

You can run Toad from other windows user:
Select Toad shortcut and click on “Run as” in context menu (right click on mouse).
