Context help in Toad

Hi. Is there context help for SQL statements in Toad for Oracle?
In the sense that it is done, for example, in MS SQL Query Editor :
The Query Editor supports linking you to the reference topic for a specific Transact-SQL statement when you select F1. To do so, highlight the name of a Transact-SQL statement and then select F1. The help search engine then searches for a topic that has an F1 help attribute that matches the string you highlighted.

There is nothing in Toad like this. Toad does have context sensitive help, but it's all for Toad and its features. For language specific topics pertaining to SQL and PL/SQL, that documentation exists on Oracle's site.
