Creating a new table with Excel or Access

Is there any way that TOAD can create a table based on an Excel sheet or an
Access Table?

I know I can import to an existing table, but I’m wondering about having
TOAD do the Oracle table creation….

Just go to the create table dialog. Down near the bottom there’s a
“Load Cols from File” button which will create column definition
based on your excel file or access table.

I use data import wizard and on the select target screen, you can just click the
button on the right (A single new table). You can then name the table and
location. Lots of ways to get the same job done in TOAD.
