There was a problem with shortcuts a few betas ago, but as far as I know, it is fixed now. Are you on beta version 14.2.43.993? If not, grab the latest here.
I have also seen some problems with the "new version" icon not appearing due to cache problems that we will be looking at soon. So you may not have the latest, even if Toad says that you do.
