All,
when I try to execute a query using Ctrl-Enter or F9, if a syntax error is detected the cursor is positioned at the assumed error location.
This useful behaviour does not occur when I try to explain a query using Ctrl-E.
In this case I do get the error message, but need to hit F9 to find the error location.
Would it be feasible to change the cursor postition after syntax error on Ctrl-E to the presumed error location?
Thanks in advance,
Abe
John added some hooks in place to get the relevant info and the Editor will now show the error in the same manner as other execution errors.
