default folder for SQL statements

Hi,

How do I set a default folder for SQL statements for TOAD for Data Analyst.

I am using TOAD for Oracle and everytime I click on “Open SQL” it takes me to my desktop folder. I want that to default to my custom SQL script folder.

In Toad for Data Analysts the File Open remembers the last directory that you opened from. The save for save.

seems like the “File - Open” remembers the settings but the “Open SQL” does not. I was using the later and it kept defaulting back. I used the “File - Open” and it indeed remembered my setting and even the the “Open SQL” defaulted to that.

Interesting observation. We will see if we can correct that.
