Describe window: Show header if target does not exist in body

F4 on [package].[method] shows the package body and jumps to the method as expected.
F4 on [package].[constant_in_header] still opens the package body though.

Ctrl+Click opens the package header as expected.

Thanks for the report. I've added this to our internal bug log. I should be able to get to it next week.
