Ctrl+Click opens the BODY of the package.
But I also need to see the SPEC.
The only way I found was - using the Schema Browser but that is not an option, because we have thousands of db objects and openning it takes way too much time.

try to use F4 by placing the cursor in the package name, u will get the pop up screen for the specification. let us know if u find any better methods…
