Email Server Setup Error

Hi

I am trying to set up email server using Toad for Analysts, but got an error message:

Socket connection has been refused by remote host. InnerException message follows: No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it.

Is there a way to fix the issue?

I’d suggest to check that a firewall does not block the connection.

also check with your IT. They may want you to use a different SMTP server.
