We are trying to connect to our TIC server to run a series of queries and getting this error. Not sure what to troubleshoot. Any tips would be appreciated!
I have never seen this specific error, but I'll bet it's very likely that the underlying database for TIC has somehow been corrupted. Would strongly suggest that you take this one to our Support team for them to troubleshoot.
Gary, Chat was fast and support responsive. We are newbies to this world and I asked my cloud server guru to take a peek at the SQL Server. It had errors which he fixed and therefore corrected this particular error.
Not knowing where to start I checked this forum and for future situations others will benefit. I will know to start there first next time! Thanks for your reply.
