Connection Failure

Connection Failure.
We have been having issues with scheduling from Query to TIC where it keeps timing out. Our IT team has rebooting for us a couple times but it keeps going back and failing.
Message is
Connection attempt failed because connected party did not respond after a period of time or connected host failed to respond.

Details needed here (like versions of TDP and TIC being used? specs on TDP workstation and TIC server? Any network topology changes? Security log in changes? etc.)

I'd suggest opening up a Support Ticket on the Quest Support site so that Quest can track/document... also, Support may have seen this issue and have some guidelines.

Meanwhile, anyone else seeing similar issue with TIC timeouts? Resolutions?
