I made a cross database query between Oracle and Excel(From Local Machine). Getting the following error "Cross Database Query: No database selected" when running. How can I solve this?
I have created another cross database query between Oracle and Excel(From Local Machine) and that is working fine.
Here are more info:
Yellow highlighted one is connected with the following Oracle Database (NRS). But the other not able to connect. Giving error "Cross Database Query: No database selected".

Assuming that you are trying to use the visual Query Builder?
Anyway, to get clarification here, when you say
"Yellow highlighted one is connected..."
your snapshot is showing that the Excel file (NRS_4G_SECTOR...) is NOT connected (no green-encircled arrow).
What does your query/diagram look like? Steps to build?
My issue has been resolved. I just remove some formula from my query, and now the cross-data base query works.
