Error message while opening Data model

I am getting error message while trying to open a Datamodel in Toad:

I am using Toad 7.1.0.216
I am working at a VDI with Windows 10 Pro

Hello,
this is ID of jscript.ddl that is normally part of Windows and it is require for TDM. Probably you have not installed JSCript Engine on your machine or you have not access to this.
