Export Dataset to xls has wrong create date

When exporting to an xls file, the created date is the same on all files: 3/19/2013 12:38pm
When exporting to an xlsx file, the created date is correct.

The file being created needs to be in xls format for import into another system. Auditors are requesting the file create date. Is there a way to fix this?

There is no way to set that in Toad, sorry.
