Long story short, in TOAD Data Point 4.3 using the Export Wizard query method went through the process and I received the Excel file, however there is a problem with the document where some content. When I hit yes to try to recover as much as I can, Excel is not able to fix the issue.
I tried another way, running from the Editor and looking at the background process, it writes each line, but when I open the Excel sheet, I get the same issue. This time it takes Microsoft 5 tries to fix and the fixed version has zero rows but 2 sheets. I trimmed down the timeframe but the table I’m querying has more than 10 million rows and 442 columns.

The version you are currently using, Toad Data Point 4.3, is no longer supported and is considered outdated. Because of this, we are unable to investigate or provide fixes for issues that may be specific to that release.
As a first step, we recommend testing the export using the latest available version of Toad Data Point (Trisl version can be found on the following link Toad Data Point | Free Trial). Many export-related issues have been addressed in newer releases, so upgrading may resolve the problem.
If the issue persists in the latest version, please provide additional details, such as:
The database platform and version
The exact export settings being used
The size of the result set being exported
Any error messages or screenshots
