File repeated on the Menu line in Toad Data Point

The File Edit View Tools Window Help menu has File File File File File File File File File File File File Edit View Tools Window Help. I know I have seen a post on something like this before somewhere where you need to delete a file and let it rebuild it when you open up Toad again. Just couldn't find it and don't remember the file name and location. Hopefully I jog someones memory that is better than mine.

Hi Greg,
I am not sure what file you exactly mean but you can try to reset all your settings in Toad. Just r-click on menu -> Customize -> switch to Options tab and Reset all customization.

I am talking about the word File in the Toad menu it is being repeated. See below:
