Files Options Defaults Locations Open/Save dialogues

I need help understanding how changes in recent versions of Toad work with regard to Files.
~ I have added multiple locations to favorites as I did in all prior.

When I first start Toad the default file save location is NONE of the favorites, it uses the normal default installation location.

If I go to change the Save to location, there is no location bar with my favorites for me to choose from? I have to use the explorer type menu and navigate to the desired location.

Once I do this whatever folder I choose becomes the new default.

If I go to open a file it uses whatever the current instance location is, there is no location bar with my favorites for me to choose from? I have to use the explorer type menu and navigate to the desired location.

Seems like the favorites are useless which in prior versions made it easy to switch, and the top of the list location was always the default location Save / Open dialogues started in. It was this way for as long as I can remember.

I need to know how to navigate easily now, what am I missing?

Thanks,

Brad

BTW... This is on Windows Server 2019 (Datacenter) in case the OS has an impact.

John Dorlan, I also sent you two pics illustrating this both from Old version and New version to aid with description.

Hi Brad,

Have you looked on the left hand side of your open dialog? Between your "quick access" section and your "This PC" section you should find a "Toad for Oracle" section which contains your favorites. My screenshot is from Win10, but I think Server 2019 has the same menu...

Awesome thank you!
