Font size in Data Point 5.1

Hi, I am using Toad Data Point 5.1 and Win10. I'm new to the tool so I am not too sure where I can change the font size of the navigation panel (task bars on top of the interface and also the navigation manager.
I successfully changed the font size in editor and some views using below:
Options > Environment > General > File history size
Options > Environment > Editor > General > Font
and Options > Environment > Grid > Font
But the fonts of task bar and navigation manager remain very small. Screenshot as below:

There are some known issues if your screen resolution is extremely high, or you're using font scaling at or above 150%... try out some of the lower resolution alternatives to see if this helps. Let's start there first.
