TDM 5.5.3.20 generated DDL script contains objects which it shouldn’t generate. For example I unchecked “Generate” in schema properties, but generated DDL contains CREATE SCHEMA “public”.
By the way, is this forum correct place to report bugs?

Could you tell us what database platform are you using? Also, have you checked the Select List tab in DDL Script Generation dialog to see if the Generate by Property “Generate” option is enabled?
Feel free to post any other bugs or issues you may have encountered, we will try to reproduce them and fix them as soon as possible!

I’m using PostgreSQL 9. I didn’t realize that there is a Generate by Property “Generate” option. Is this option there all the time, or is it new in 5.5?

It has been there for quite some. It allows you to disregard the Generate property of objects in your model and manually select only those object you really need to generate.
Anyway, did it work? Were you able to generate the script without Schema?
