Highlighting words in the editor

All,

When I select a word in the editor, all matching words are marked in highlight.

Currently (I’m still on beta 12.9.0.4) this feature remains silent until I scroll using my mouse’s scroll-wheel.

Say, I double-click JOIN in a query. The selected word is highlighted. Matching words are not.
Now I scroll a few lines - and voilà all occurrences of the word JOIN are highlighted.

Is there a reason for this delay in highlighting matching words?

If not, would you please fix the issue so that this type of highlighting takes effect immediately upon selecting a word?
