You can use Options - Explorer - Objects to set the tab order.
Once there - check the 'Display details' checkbox. Then use the up\down arrows to rearrange the tabs as shown below. You will need to select the database type (on the top of that screen) as well. In my example, I selected DB2... Hope this helps.
