How do I get the "create user script" to show under users in 12.1?

All I see is simple grants, not the “create user identifide by values…”

If you are in the Schema Browser, click the first toolbar button on the RHS Script Tab. That will open the script options dialog. Go to the “Users” tab and uncheck “Grants on the user’s objects to other users/roles”
