When i press "F5" run script have different result while i run the same code in sql plus (sqlplus call is from Toad)
What is defined some where that cause this??

Please put this on hold ... as i have to recheck something on other side...but it is repeatable error ... do you want to get video?
Do you have multiple TNSNames.ora files on your PC? Maybe your SQL*Plus session is not connected to the same database. Or maybe there is some variable not set in one session or the other.

The main thing to know here is that Toad does not run your query. Toad send the query to Oracle. Oracle runs the query and sends the result to Toad. Toad just shows the result that Oracle gives us. So there must be some reason that Oracle comes up with a different result in each case.
NO-just one Used by Toad and SQLPlus together.
No no variables.
There might be something with ORA-006508, so which one comes fuirst have problems second one ru (imemdiatelly after) runds nice...but have to test this widely.
And then it really have nothing with Toad.
