How to always start with Schema browser (instead of Editor) view?

After the start of Toad the first view is (since a couple of weeks) the
Editor.
I don’t know what I changed accidentially but before it was the Schema
browser

Is there a way to tell Toad to start always with the Schema Browser?

Yes, that’s an option.

View > Options > Windows
