The new comparison wizard selects all the tables by default to compare. I don’t want to compare all the tables because I have hundreds of them. When I do Clear All, it clears all the target objects as well! Why? This means for the tables I want to compare I have to select the target object for each table. An extra manual process. I wish Toad will leave the target objects alone and just deselect the tables.

Have you try ‘Clear Selected’ button for unselecting objects which you want ?

I have hundreds of tables. Say I have 500 tables. If I want to work with 50 tables, I have to deselect 450 tables. Not convenient.
