How to get to cross-connection mode

I am having trouble figuring out how to get into cross connection mode. The instructions I can find say go to Select Tools | Edit | Cross-Connection SQL Editor .

When I go to tools the only choice I have is editor and that just opens the editor.

How do I get to the Cross-Connection SQL Editor?

Check to see what "Edition" (not version) you have... Cross-connection abilities are only found in the Professional Edition of Toad Data Point.
