Our packaging team was testing the installer for Toad Data Point 4.2.1 on Windows 10 devices, however, when the file is executed it throws an error(screenshot below)
Is the file compatible with Windows 10 Creators Update? Any recommendations please, I searched the knowledge base but could not find any guidance.

Is your device up to date? did you install Visual C++ 2015 before install toad? actually we already get a same problem from supporter(SR-4134425-1) and it’s investigating, if it’s raised by you let’s go back to Siebel to follow this problem, we probably need to have a closer look at you machine via webEx.

i would also like to look at your event log during the time you got this error. There appears to be some missing dependency or lack of space on your pc.

Thank you for the install log, I can see the real error is:
CustomAction ActionCheckPrivs1 returned actual error code 1157 (note this may not be 100% accurate if translation happened inside sandbox)

Could you navigate to C:\Users\TSTWTP~1\AppData\Local\Temp folder and delete all files inside and try installing TDP again with install log turned on?
While installing, can you see a tmp file with similiar name MSI****.tmp created?

Solution:
Use a full installation package - download from AVA (Autodesk Virtual Agent) or from Autodesk Account using Browser Download.
Run Windows Update and install all of the Important updates.
Check your hard drive for errors.
