I have tried the way u mentioned and it was working but the only problem is I have 2 variables(Which are consecutive dates). In one file iterator how can we add more than 1 variable?

One thing to add is that I tried adding file iterator2 under file iterator1 and made export dataset nested under 2nd one. For my luck, I could see both iterators under environment variables which I have readily assigned. But when ran the action it is saying that dataset does not contain any data.what could it mean?

By the way, t's a definite shortcoming that you have to nest iterators like this to get 2 variables. This trick only works with 1 set of variables. If you wanted to have multiple variables with multiple values each, there is no way to do it with file iterator (you could, however, do it with query iterator). I plan to fix this for 13.3.
