How to update existing items with the default values

I updated the Default Values to the formats I want. Now I want to update an existing model to those formats. Is there a way to accomplish this?

Mainly interested in getting the Keys, Indexes, and Relationships changed.

Hi,
all is possible by write a simple script to update existing objects. You need switch on Expert Mode in TDM and use scripting window.
