Import dm2/dmx file failure

Hi,

I’m finally trying to upgrade from Case Studio 2.25 to TDM 4.1.5.8, but when I try to import my existing CS2 dm2/dmx files I get the error message ‘XML cannot be read’. Does anyone have suggestions how to get around this please (preferably without having to reverse engineer again from scratch). Thanks, in advance,

Hi,

you should be able to open DMX files as well as DM2 files. Please try to open DM2 file instead of DMX. If it doesn’t help, please send us your model to modeling@quest.com and we will look into the matter.
