What file and what is the file location that contains the saved logins from an older version of Toad to import into the new version of Toad. I only want to import the saved logins.

The connections are in CONNECTIONS.INI in the User Files directory. You can locate the directory in Toad - Options – General – Application Data Directory. You
will not be able to import Connection Passwords only Connections.
