How can I copy my Oracle Toad connections from Toad 10 to Toad 12?
I tried to paste the User Files folder from toad 10 to toad 12 , but no luck 
If they are on the same computer, you can just copy CONNECTIONS.INI and CONNECTIONPWDS.INI from the Toad 10 User Files folder to the Toad 12 User Files folder. If they are on different computers, you can try to copy both but I am pretty sure in that case the passwords can’t be carried over.
If you aren’t 100% sure which USER FILES folder to use, start up Toad and go into the options window. It’s specified under “General”, where it says “application data directory”
In newer versions of Toad there is an option to export and import connections from the login window.
