I belive my sql navigator install has become corrupt. When I try to connect to a database it just says catastrophic failure, it does not give any other error message.
My tnsnames.ora file is correct, I have connected to the same databases before through this sql navigator.
Also other people are able to connect to database, so no issues with the database.
I am new to using this software, can someone tell mw what could be the problem, if some file is missing or do I have to just reinstall it to fix the problem.

Could you please let us know which version of SQL Navigator you are using?
If it worked for you before, I would suggest that you can try to delete or rename the registry folders and users documents folder of the SQL Navigator version you are using then try again. I have attached images for your references.
