Just installed new version of TOAD, getting access violation in module 'oran11.dll'

Was running TOAD for Oracle v12.1 last week. Tried to run TOAD yesterday and it was expired. So today I downloaded & installed TOAD for Oracle 12.5 (32-bit).

Now when I try to connect to a database I get:

TOAD Error

Access violation at address 16EDDEEE in module ‘oran11.dll’. Read of address 56EDE1B8

I’m running Win7 (64-biit), multiple Oracle homes, tried each one and each fails.

The 11g client and 11.2.0.1 Instant Client fail with this error.

The 10g client fails with “Can’t initialize OCI. Error -1”

Again, this was working last week, with these same Oracle homes.

I am getting the same thing after installing 12.5 on Win7 (32-bit) and 11.2 Oracle client. The 12.1 version I have installed still works fine.
