Keyboard shortcut for "Split Editor Layout / Left-Right"

Is it possible to assign a shortcut to the "Split Editor Layout / Left-Right" function?

I can only find "Split Size Horizontally" in the list of shortcuts.

Due to the size of my monitor, I actually only use the "Left-Right" option.
